"It was incredible. We were greeted warmly by staff, some of whom spoke fluent English, and everything was spotless. The baths were super clean and beautiful. It was such a treat to be able to reserve them for private bath time. The public ones were awesome too. It was fun exploring the different rooms throughout the ryokan. They put a lot of care into the meals and personally bring every course to your room. I think this one is perfect fore couples because of the private baths . It was the perfect relaxing time. "Spacious, clean rooms. Loved the outdoor bath and view from the balcony. Staff was very attentive and greeted us with a delicious mochi treat and tea while they readied our room. Also personally showed us the facility and took us to our room. The dinner and breakfast was also outstanding and delicious! The dinner meal was served in courses rather than all at once and the attention to detail was outstanding. Loved the resort and would definitely consider visiting again!"

"my husband and i came to the Hotel Indigo Hakone for a night during our honeymoon. this stay was definitely a highlight of our trip. the room was absolutely gorgeous with our private outdoor bath. the surrounding area was beautiful to look at. we had a very relaxing time and experienced great service from the staff. we also enjoyed the convenience of the free shuttle bus from the odawara station.
