"This small and charming hotel sits high upon the hill, overlooking a nearby village and the Oliphant Tea Factory. It's a quiet location, with stunning rooms - which is a welcome change if you're staying mostly in guest houses or big resorts. Now the rest, I’m an experience traveller and experienced in hospitality and I am ensuring that this hotel can charge such a high price or the poor service provided :
- we cannot driving ourselves and it’s been impossible to find the hotel : the pin location is not accurate (the hotel is located almost an hour from kandy im the countryside) and there are no sign anywhere to indicate the right...
