"This is my very first stay at this hotel & I was told it's under a new ownership for the last 6-7 years. The Front Desk & the Housekeeping crew were very friendly, courteous & attentive. I was given two free 500ml bottles drinking water per day which was very helpful. The bedroom & bathroom linens were very clean without any stains. The air conditioner was perfect for me, but the elevator failed for two and a half days due to lack of spare parts. I was on the 3rd floor, and the Front Desk/Housekeeping teams were kind enough to move me to the 1st floor although I didn't take it. Overall, I give them 8 out of 10. I am Steve from USA, pleasure/business traveler & stayed for 17 nights."
