"Room was clean however the furniture was dated. Room was stated to be 28 sq mt but seemed much smaller. Buffet dinner food in the main restaurant was extremely sad and not worth the price. Staff was prompt and courteous but the room service boys were raw in their communication. I didn't raise any complaints but I did get a feedback call a few days later where the hotel management wanted a detailed feedback so that felt genuine."

"The hotel itself is not attractive. Looks so dark and depressing inside. The carpet in the hallway is very old, dirty and smelly. Similar to the rooms. Very old and not clean at all. The mini fridge in the suite that I stayed is dirty and has not been cleaned, the dustbin not emptied from previous guest. All night a mosquito has bothered me and stopped me to sleep comfortably. This morning as soon I woke up. I saw it. I took pictures and video it flying near my bed. On the whole, this hotel has given me only grief. "
