"The hotel is in the very heart of Sofia, close to the main Station and many landmarks. It was really easy to move around and a safe area too. Vitosha Bulevard is just 2 minutes down the road, full of restaurants and shops. The room was excellent, spacious and the bed comfortable. The shower was heaven and they use an outstanding brand for their gel, shampoo, body lotion, etc. Shout out to the girls in the bar at night, very patient and handling diffiuclt customer with so much grace. Thanks to all the staff that made me feel so good on my birthday and treated me like a princess. Thanks all, I will be back for sure!"

"Perfect. A very nice, clean and spacious room. The staff were very friendly. We were allowed to check-in very early as that’s when we arrived in Sofia and were given a takeaway breakfast the morning after as we left early. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the bus & train station. It is walking distance to the city centre or use the tram directly outside, which is very cheap with the €2 unlimited daily journeys cap. "
