"The area was safe and surrounded by a plentiful amount of green space. There was ampleparking until big work trucks and trailers arrived, taking up multiple spots. Late arrivals were forced to park haphazardly. Breakfast was simple American fare with some healthy options, ie. overnight oats, yogurt, turkey sausage. It was well stocked by the pleasant and poite kitchen staff."

"We were told the pool was having maintenance performed and we could not use it. The pool was the number 1 must haves on our list of amenities and it should have been listed as non-working or that there was no pool at all. The continental breakfast was ok. The staff were nice. The lemon water is a very nice touch, nice and cool drink after a very long road trip!! The room could have been cleaner. The facility smelled like feet, the carpets need to be sanitized and professionally cleaned it will help eliminate the odor in the hotel. I didn't get the amenity, the use of the pool, that I paid for."

"Room floors weren’t clean. Some lights in the room didn’t work. The body wash didn’t have anything in it in the shower and the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain well. Desk staff was very nice and helpful. "

"I only stayed 1 night and it was my first time staying at a Sonesta. This was a very nice place to stay. Very clean, friendly staff, quiet, comfortable bed and pillows. I also was a solo female traveler and i felt very safe. I would definitely choose this place again "

"We were there on a Friday night and if you’re a solo woman or just a woman, I would not recommend. When we finally went to sleep I was woken up by noises in the hallway, it sounded like someone was trying to open our door a few times. I was jolted awaken by the slamming of doors. And the door itself, when the room was dark it seemed like the door was ajar because the large gaps bringing in the light from the hallway. If my husband wasn’t with me I know I wouldn’t have felt safe. The staff though were so nice, breakfast was great and the room was really clean. The hotel was fine other than the door bringing in all the noise and light. I’m going to give our stay being hectic to the neighbors around us. "

"Yes; everything was very clean and staff was continually cleaning while we were there. My mother got really sick overnight from a stomach bug and the staff was very helpful and accommodating for extending our check out trying to get care for her. Such a friendly staff and service was excellent! 💯 recommend and will stay here on my next visit to Raleigh-Cary area. Thank you!"
