The hotel location is great. It is in a relatively quite area, only a 10-minute easy walk from the pier and at the beginning the Sairee Beach walking street going north. The room was very clean, spacious, quiet, well decorated and in good condition. It has access to an outdoor pool and a small beach via stairs. The hotel management was helpful and courteous and the rate was reasonable. I would definitely stay again.

It was a very good room for the price, clean and nicely finished. I went for a garden view room and it had good ac and all the amenities you would need. Only slight issue was the shower only had one direction - to soak the whole bathroom but it’s designed as a wet room I guess (other hotels in Koh Tao seem to have similar features). The staff were really lovely and friendly

Koh Tao Heritage is my preferred hotel to stay at. Main reasons are; daily room cleaning, quiet location, rooms do not have TVs (so don't get noise) from other rooms, location is an easy walk to Sairee Beach or Mae Haad Pier for the ferry, As always Nancy, Nok and other staff are welcoming.

We stayed in the room in front of the sea. The room had glass thru both bedroom, view was amazing. Bathroom needs more cleaning on tiles...but the place was still very nice and I would definitely stay there again and forgot to mentioned: it's quite!!!

Was a good hotel, however did have problems with the hotel room. The door didn't close properly all the way and we struggled to lock the door, even the staff did too. We also had small drain bugs in the bathroom and it was a concerning amount, which made it feel dirty. The bed and room were okay, good for only 2 nights.

Photos are misleading unless you get the ocean front rooms. Any basic rooms are old, outdated, & down the street, across the road, & up a steep hill. Even most of the newer rooms are across the road from the beach. The resort is spread out across 3 separate buildings so groups will likely be split up as ours was. Left early as our room was so uncomfortable, noisy, & lacking in amenities. Pool area lacks shade & adequate seating; it’s also super slippery and our group had more than one fall injury. Bathroom is also super slippery when wet & shower gets the entire room wet. Sadly was a disappointment. For the price, I’d recommend another resort in the area.
