But, the pool was the star of the show. We got the pool lagoon access room. Oh my, what an upgrade! We spent as much time as we could just getting in the pool from our balcony. "Had a wonderful stay at Baipho Lifestyle Hotel. The room was very clean, the breakfast was nice and delicious, and the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Patong Beach and the shopping mall. Highly recommended, I’d happily stay here again!"

"Overall rating: 7.7/10 ⭐ A very enjoyable family stay at Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort. We had a lovely ocean-view room, which really added to the experience, and the check-in process was smooth, efficient and welcoming. The resort itself is spacious, green and relaxing, with excellent pool areas and a very convenient location close to Karon Beach. It has the feel of a proper full-scale resort, with plenty of space for families to unwind. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and the property was generally well maintained and comfortable. The only point to keep in mind is that the resort is quite large, so there can be a fair amount of walking between different areas. Overall, though, we had a very pleasant stay. Recommended for families looking for a spacious beachfront-style resort experience in Karon."
