"One can enjoy breakfast on the lawn with the best views of Kodaikanal. No need to pay to stroll on Cockers Walk for the same views which is crowded. Rooms are cozy and staff very helpful. "The hotel is located very close to Kodia lake (5 min walk-able distance). The hotel staff is friendly. They have early check-in check-out times. So if you come via bus, you can check in by 9:00 AM and then check-out next day at the same time.
