Excellent management & staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The room we had was spacious & clean. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever experienced in a hotel. The shower was amazing, just what you needed after being in the heat of Kochin. All staff are polite, helpful and will go the extra mile. The General Manager was exceptional, we had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with immediately, again an above and beyond attitude displayed. We will return to this hotel and recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Thank you for an amazing stay and hospitality.

Loved this hotel! Would definitely stay again. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel had great dining. Rooftop bar and pool was really nice. Loved it!

Very pleasant stay
Très bonne surprise, l'hôtel a un très beau cachet historique et est parfaitement entretenu. L'atrium central, la piscine sur le toit et les différents espaces salons sont très agréables. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute. Les principales attractions sont à 5min en rick-shaw (tuk-tuk)

I had difficulty with the check in the front desk had issues locating my reservation. One of the rooms had issues with the bathroom door and the front door. The location of the hotel did not have access to the rest of the town due to construction work in progress. Overall was a disappointment. The fish we ordered thru in room service for dinner gave all of us a tummy pain. The lunch and bfast buffet was amazing and was perfectly cooked.

My Stay at Fragrant Hotel
Love the Hotel, but bit of a journey to get there. Once we got there found to be really good. The location is not the best, but the staff made up for it, food was really good ,the rooms were really nice. Overall i would recommend this hotel if you want a nice quiet stay. Sightseeing is a bit far ie main Kochi this hotel is in Fort Kochi, and you would need to book a taxi or rickshaw to get around. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Fragrant by name and fabulous by nature
An utterly charming hotel, in a fabulous location. From the moment I stepped in to Fragrant Nature I felt relaxed and very much at home. All staff are extremely kind; the rooms are elegantly furnished, spacious and very comfortable; the roof top swimming pool and seating area help you to relax, and the spa facility is just great! Getting in to Fort Cochin is an easy and enjoyable walk, and you are Mantacherry in a joffy with a tuc-tuc....quite memorable and a hotel I would recommend without hesitatio

Professional staff, good breakfast
The hotel is a bit detached from the rest of Kochi, which I believe to be a good thing. It's in the vicinity of historical attractions, and a short walk from tourist-focused shops and eateries. Although my room was quite comfortable and the breakfast buffet quite tasty if modest, I'd like to give praise to staff members Sukanya, Augustine, Bibin, Anil, and Gibson. They're part of the reason why the hotel gets good marks, so keep up the fine work, folks!

Perfect hotel!
What a hotel! The welcome was perfect with a cooling beetroot drink upon arrival and the offer of a free 15-min massage (which was pretty intense along with the head massage, so if you're fragile maybe give it a miss!). We were in a triple room and the third bed was the sofa bed. It wasn't made up upon arrival which I thought odd, but this seems to be the norm in India as they seem make it up after you've settled I think. The decor in the hotel is lovely with a huge indoor courtyard. The rooftop pool and bar looked lovely, but it was way too hot to use the pool and we were too busy to head to the bar in the evening. The food in the restaurant was so so good and flavoursome, using the local spices no doubt. The portions were quite large, especially the rice, so may be order less at first. There's a cute cafe next door which we didn't visit but I heard it was expensive and there are better places to head to nearby. It's conveniently located and you can get a tuk-tuk to take you around to wherever you want to visit. I would definitely stay here again, without a doubt.

Spacious,comfortable 5-star room. Hotel in general has a slightly antiseptic, generic feel - it's a tour bus hotel. NOT in the center of town, which is disappointing - most things are 15 minute walk or short tuktuk ride away. I'd choose somewhere in the center and with more character next time.

The property is in need of much repair; for example, small pool tiles are missing or have been refixed in a manner that is very visible, the pool chairs are fraying and need to be replaced. The room is a good size although we had a few issues which hotel staff sorted out quickly. The location is okay and the staff were all pleasant. Overall the hotel is past its glory days.

I really liked the room! And the hotel atmosphere! But the night from 1-2th the tv was not working bcz it seems hotel didn’t pay charges! Cuz it was showing on tv “please recharge your account” when I called they just said we will fix Tomorrow also that night hot water was not working!

Amazing staff
I arrived at Fragrant Nature hotel after having 5 days of extensive dental treatment. As soon as I walked into the lobby I felt at home. The staff were marvellous and attentive. They ensured that I was comfortable, that I was eating properly and looking after myself. Talk about going the extra mile. As for the hotel, it was top notch, I couldn't wish for better. I have to come back next year for dental implant checks. Will definately be staying at Fragrant nature again

Amazing boutique hotel with character
Great hotel amazing staff - rooms were huge, clean and had an amazing shower. Fresh squeezed juice upon arrival and a personal tour from welcome staff. Fruit plate in room was a nice touch. Can't say enough great things about this hotel - we stayed in 5* hotels all across India and this one exceeded all expectations. Blown away.

Brilliant stay in a top shelf hotel. We have never had the welcome to a hotel quite like it. Service to a Tee. The photos did not do the place justice. Over delivered in every way. The staff were perfect. The cleanliness was on point. The condition and facilities were flawless. I would stay here next time without looking elsewhere.
