Loved it here. Location is fantastic, all along the road either side are lovely beachside restaurants - all good and all very reasonably priced. Special shout out to The By The Sea, up to the left of hotel, you will see its blue roof, exceptional. Dont be put off by beach outside, ther beach 250 yards up on left is excellent and down the road by Cao Bella is great. If you fancy a cycle, Six Sense beach is lovely too (not the resort, beach next door down a track before hill)

This hotel was just divine. The grounds to the apartments and rooms are just so beautiful, it really is paradise. The staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough for you. My partner and I are vegan and both restaurants were more than accommodating with ensuring we had choice and variation during our stay. The hotel is well maintained and always spotless. I also had a massage during my stay which was a lovely experience. Would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back already!

Absolutely nothing to fault - luxury villa's, attentive service, plenty of space, not too many people, great food - and the location and views are superb.

Totally relaxing beachfront paradise. Lovely team that are happy to facilitate most requests. Our chalet faced directly on to the beautiful scenic beach and was our perfect honeymoon hideout.

We travelled to Phuket for the first time for our honeymoon, and although we were both anxious and excited, I can truly say we were blown away by our stay at Point Yamu. From the moment we arrived till the morning of our departure the staff were nothing short of marvellous and they made our stay at Point Yamu all the more special. We stayed in a Verandah Pool Suite (153) and would greatly recommend this to anyone. Before I mention anything else, the dream views and total serenity at Point...

We can back on 27 October 2024 from this hotel and it was incredible. The staff were lovely and so accommodating and the facilities were amazing and the rooms were beyond anything we could imagine. The food - in particular Raitalay Terrace was delicious! The choices they had in particular for vegetarians were so great. Can’t wait to come back again here. Special mention to Oil from guest relations and Salma from the activities centre for answering all our questions and organising excursions.

Fantastic resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and could not fault the accommodation. The breakfast and location was outstanding. Overall extremely impressive.

An amazing beautiful 5 star hotel, caters for everyone with 2 adult only pools, amazing childrens pool too. Breakfast is brilliant Rooms stunning Welcome lovely with a flower bracelet a juice and a token to receive a complimentary drink of your choice. The brunch on Sunday is a must! It’s amazing with a huge selection for you to indulge

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel with our 5 year old.The pool is beautiful and large and there's a separate shallow one for kids. The views are beautiful and the tide is our most mornings and early eavenings which is great fun for crab hunting. The breakfasts are good with a mix of Thai/Western/Chinese, and the food the hotel produces is very authentic and beautifully presented. One thing we noticed as did a few of the other guests is that they do have a tendancy to over cook the red...

What a wonderful stay! They were so accommodating the activists, food and everything they offered was top tier. We travel a lot and this has been one of the best stays we have had throughout the 14 countries we have gone this year.

An Unforgettable Stay – A Living Masterpiece. Absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were transported into what feels like a living work of art. The hand-carved wooden architecture is unlike anything I’ve ever seen — every beam, doorway, and sculpture tells a story. It’s not just accommodation; it’s an immersive experience in craftsmanship and design that left us genuinely speechless. We stayed in one of the large pool villas, and I can’t recommend it enough — it’s completely...

Our stay at Meliá Phuket Mai Khao was truly exceptional. After a very long flight, we were warmly welcomed by Sareena at reception, who did everything possible to ensure we could relax as quickly as possible. Thanks to her efficient service, we were enjoying our private pool in less than an hour. We also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager, Luc, who greeted us with delicious Thai tea and refreshments. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The resort is...

Great hotel and exceptional staff and service, just want my partner and I love. We’ve never stayed anywhere where the manager has gone out of his way to find all new guests and welcome them personally, or where the restaurant manager checks in with each dinner to not only say hello, but to genuinely see you how you are and to see if he can do anything further to help you. We loved that the beach sun loungers had little buttons with options to “call waiting staff” and “order the bill” (and the...

We enjoyed tremendously our 3-night stay here. The room was large, the views from the window are fantastic, breakfast was excellent and the pool was beautiful and great fun. The location is not perfect (7 minutes by car from central Ao Nang, not walkable), but the almost-hourly free shuttle from the hotel to the center is convenient. Above all - the staff was fantastic. We did encounter some issue during our stay (not the hotel’s fault), and everyone in the staff went out of their way to solve...

I would say if you dream off anything please contact honey, penny,Sam, Pam and off course manager because they made our stay so comfortable and pleasant.
