"Expedia listed this property with Free Breakfast, a gym and a spa - and NONE were true. The staff did get us a free breakfast as I showed the Expedia itinerary several times. We were charged 50 Bhat for a second pillow as my husband always uses two. There was only 1 free water bottle for two of us. The grounds were beautiful. "

Power was out in only our room for the entire stay.
Nobody was on the property to help us get it back on in a span of 24 hours.
Tried to fix it ourselves but the breaker was locked.
When we asked for a refund or just some money back for paying 18 USD for a dark room with no airflow and a broken shower…We would have been better off sleeping by the river…that’s no where close to this place…"
