Wow what an experience it was to stay here! It is so off the beaten track that you need collecting by the hotel staff in a very heavy duty jeep because a normal car stands no chance of getting there. It is the most peaceful place I have ever been with the most amazing views of the mountains. I will say it is so remote that you can’t just pop out for lunch etc so make sure you’re prepared with things to keep you entertained for your stay. Worth it for the pool alone. Lovely staff. Good food. Its a trip to get there and only with good weather for the roads but once there its like the garden of eden with a banging infinity pool and views over sri lanka

A one off. Super stunning views, room whilst not huge, had everything we needed and the shower was splendid , all was well planned and organised. Food was cooked to order and excellent and the staff were splendid.

We stayed for three nights. Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were amazing and specially we need to mention our butler, Sakunthala and she was great and made our stay extremely memorable and special. Food was amazing too. We wanted to see Kandy perahara and the general manager immediately contacted the manager from queens hotel Kandy, who got us excellent seats to watch the perahara. Staff were so friendly and made our trip truly enjoyable.

Fantastic family hotel although a little away from town. Best part was the manner in which we were looked after by the very kind family. We had a superb vegetarian meal prepared home style by the family. Excellent housekeeping and the boy helper was fantastic- he went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. I would suggest that the place does NOT need a gym or swimming pool and the space with the bar etc is all wasted and that they are better off having rooms instead. Little out of town...

This is a truly wonderful hotel. The staff are so attentive. We had such a relaxing and memorable time. The food was incredible. It was like having a private dining experience. Could not recommend more highly.

This is a classy place - great facilities and an outstanding buffet dinner and breakfast. Pool a real treat. Don't use their taxis get local knowledge - much cheaper.
