"I would really give 4.5 stars as it was a comfortable hotel, clean but like most South Bend/Mishawaka hotels shows it's age to some degree. Staff was friendly, pool small but looked fun for families, we did not sample the breakfast but it is a nice addition. For a non-football weekend the price was good as well. 4.5 stars if we could!"

"Room carpet was settling wall with window. The heat/cooling unit made tons of noise. Hard to fall asleep to an appliance that sounds like a howling dog."

"Not a lot of breakfasts offerings. I stayed for 3 nights very very noisy all night for 2 nights. A family with 3 kids mom and dad. I think they could have put them in a room with no neighbors. Common sense."

"The room was warm even set at 60* and the toilet would not flush. Also, housekeeping knocked and walked into the room while I was sleeping. I yelled I was still in the room. Definitely made me uncomfortable."
