"Our hotel door did not latch or lock. The door could be simply pushed open without even turning the knob. The hotel plays music constantly in the hallways which keeps you awake all night and makes sleeping difficult. The outside street is also very noisy with traffic. "

"We've stayed here a few times. This stay coincided with the Easter weekend. The hotel did an amazing job for the children that were traveling. The had an Easter Bunny and treats for the kids. The staff were very attentive to our needs and housekeeping was on point. Our room was spotless as usual and the staff had no issues when we had small request like extra towels and such. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The area is smack in the middle of many stores, a nice mall just a few minutes away. "
