"This was one of the cleanest hotel stays I've had. The only negative I had was the slightly strong fragrance in the room upon entering. I am scent sensitive. I did love the soaps and shampoos. "

"My family and I stayed 2 nights while visiting Carowinds. The hotel is located in a nice area where we felt safe and it was quiet and easy access. The rooms were very clean, cold AC, very clean bathroom and really big. LOVE the shower!!!! Breakfast was good and well kept during the rush. Staff was very friendly and respectful. Only feedback I would have is to have the pull out bedding in the closet so you don’t have to run down to the front desk but, even then, the staff was very helpful. This will be our “go to” when we visit that area. "

"We enjoyed our stay! The rooms are a little dated but comfortable and clean! Check-in and out was easy, all staff we encountered were friendly, and the breakfast was a good start to our day. Some hall noise from other rooms, but can be expected in almost any hotel. It was close enough that we were able to walk back from Carowinds and the QuickTrip was right next door for our morning caffeine run! We enjoyed our stay! "
