"When I first got there they walked me to my room and it smelled like urine. She said she would get the cleaner to clean it again and when I came back it still smelled like urine. The entrance area to the rooms the door did not lock like they said it would; unsecured. The beds were extremely hard. The front desk people said they would move me to a better room then they wouldn’t."

"Check in process is a nightmare. Super slow. No proper reception. Manager never showed up or handled my pricing issues through my entire stay. Iron and board were supposed to be in the property. It was not there. Besides following multiple times, never got them. Had to get out in the night time to get my dress ironed for my meetings next day.
Apartment/suite smelled like paint or very new wood kind of. As soon as I entered, the smell was strong and it took a while to get used to.
