"Unique accommodations in staying in an old castle. However we checked in late so there were no maintenance staff on site. Our tub leaked and flooded the bathroom so could not shower. The beds have old coil mattresses, so did not sleep well with the metal coils in my back. The stay was extremely expensive and given our experience it was not worth the money. "
"I was staying to be close to the hospital while my husband had an operation. The hotel was clean well decorated and furnished. The security was excellent and for my first solo stay i felt very safe and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful"
"Really loved the spa and the property. Food was good. Only thing is the lake on the property was full of trash, probably not the hotels fault but if it's their property it is something to be addressed since there was water life living in the habitat. "
" Very enjoyable one night stay. Staff are all super friendly, particularly Lorraine who was there from check in to check out. Bar staff fantastic too. Will definitely be back. "

"I stayed at this hotel just for the 1 night, it is central and only 10 minutes walk to both railway stations. The breakfast cost £14 which I feel is bit more that I feel the selection was in comparison to other hotels.
The rooms were comfortable and spacious and would book again for sure. "
