"Very simple place, they didn’t really speak any english so a bit hard to communicate. They also dobt communicate through Hotels.com messages as I never got a response there. The place is beautifully located and everyone is friendly. Rooms are according to pics. Just bring a mosquito spray, that was our biggest downfall."

"What a dream stay. Everyone is SO nice. Our room, while rustic, was amazing. You can walk just a few feet away and overlook some of the most beautiful views in the word. Kayaks and paddle boarding are included. Breakfast was free every day and was delicious. The staff was so attentive. You cannot find service like this at the Four Seasons. The waiters and maintenance staff were so accommodating. One caveat and it has nothing to do with the hotel, we got bit by mosquitoes a lot in the room. I recommend you bring lots of bug spray and even a plug in to avoid it. The staff had a whole bottle of Off spray in their dining area which is a great idea. Can’t wait to go back! "
