The only downside is the noise, it’s very easy to hear everything from the rooms upstairs, including walking, talking, and other noises, which can be disruptive."

"I enjoyed my stay here. I found the owner to have a good sense of humor. They have a light breakfast and coffee available. The room had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. Check in went smoothly."

"The owners of the property rent rooms to what appears is a homeless shelter. The first night we arrived, there were four police cars in front and more officers taking info from one of the homeless guests that had been beaten. The breakfast was descent, but I will likely stay elsewhere the next trip to Saugerties."
