"The front desk area was small and cramped, with no wet weather provisions and not particularly welcoming. It was not in keeping with the accommodation which was excellent and had marvellous views of the lake."

"We stayed at QT Queenstown for 6 nights as part of our honeymoon, and it was truly the best hotel experience of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail and level of service were exceptional. There was always someone available to help with anything we needed, and the entire team made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay. A special thank you to Jason, who helped us organize activities and gave us amazing recommendations that really elevated our experience. Our room was absolutely amazing, with an incredible view of the lake. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the things we loved most was the experience in the lobby. Every morning we were welcomed with delicious pastries, and the dulce de leche croissant is a must try. In the afternoon they offered wine and cheeses, and in the evening whisky and chocolate. Coming back to the hotel after a full day of activities was always something to look forward to. What made this experience even more special were the thoughtful touches in the room. We would always find personalized notes along with chocolates, wine, bath bombs. They truly went above and beyond to make every moment feel unique. We loved our stay so much that we actually decided to change our itinerary and book QT Auckland for the final days of our honeymoon. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it, especially for a special occasion like a honeymoon."
