"This hotel is in a great location and is next to the lake and shops and restaurants. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The bath rooms are in urgent need of renovations. We had a big crack in the sink and the bath and shower curtain need to be replaced. We were also disappointed that the spa was not working and staff had no ETA for a fix nor any alternative such as vouchers. The price for the rooms do not reflect the quality."

"Me and my partner stayed here for 10 days and it was great! The front reception staff were so lovely, every single time I went past them they were so kind, the rooms were spacious and clean with such a stunning view no matter where you are in the building or when you walk out! The building is close to the airport but away from the main town but still great if you don’t mind. The only thing was the walls are abit thin so you can hear people snoring, talking etc but other than that it was a great place to stay at, definitely recommended it!!"

"Second stay in 3 months, ideally located 200-300m from Queenstown waterfront attractions, overlooking the lake. Staff are awesome, rooftop bar is a great hub for a quiet drink or two. Rooms are immaculate and being updated. Highly recommend"
