"This is an absolutely fantastic apartment! I was in Atlanta for a work convention for 5 days, it is right downtown, walkable distance to everything. The room was so inviting with each room beautifully decorated, nice kitchen, charming in every room- cozy enclosed balcony overseeing the sitting with beautiful sunsets! Updated bath. Laundry is in the building in basement which is convenient and there is a self pay lot right next to the building with restaurants within feet of the building! I would...

"The property was good for what we needed it for. It was close to so many things we wanted to do. The beds where not very comfortable. And the apartment could use a deep clean it was quite dusty. Their was problems with the people who stayed before us but where fixed or communicated to us before hand. "

"Good location, tv’s do not work, no shampoo, no soap in the bathroom. Bathroom not clean and not working properly. Everything reported but not attended "

"Bad experience. When I got there to check in the concierge told me I didn't have a reservation and notified me that everyone that reserves a room always has the same complications with booking because the people never send in the information on time. I had to wait two hours for them to send the reservation and then the room was even clean, which is ridiculous because they charge a cleaning fee in the total cost for the apartment. "
