"The room was clean for the most part. Stayed three days no one came to refresh the towels. The shower back up and would not drain the last night we stayed we woke up to boarder patrol out side our door and around the whole hotel. "

"The Good: Breakfast was good, hot and done well. The Bad: Housekeeping didn't leave us any soap/shampoo and we had to go down to the front desk. The person there was very helpful and took care of that problem quickly. The Ugly: The mattress was VERY hard. Normally hotels have firm mattresses, but this one was almost solid and very difficult to sleep on - especially on your stomach or sides."

"I had a really great stay overall at the Comfort Inn in Sault Ste. Marie. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The pool area does show some wear and tear, and the jacuzzi tub had a front panel that looked a bit offset or caved in, which stood out. However, those were minor issues compared to the overall experience. Aside from that, everything was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again."
