Kim Tân Trip

We stayed at this hotel the first time I left my headphones and they saved them for me since we were returning after leaving for 4 nights for an excursion. Loved the service and everything was so lovely. Comfy beds and hot water. The staff was so friendly.

Our room was great, it was very clean, and nicely decorated. The staff were amazing... so helpful and friendly and easy to communicate with . This hotel is in such a great spot, very close to lake and busy market streets but is quieter and easier to get to than many others .

Stayed here while I was in Hanoi. It was a great hotel to stay at for my trip in Vietnam. The room was spotless and there were multiple amenities at this hotel. The hotel staff were all very helpful and they allowed us to do a late check out and even arranged free transportation to the airport. The manager Nancy went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible and I highly recommend staying here if you visit Hanoi.

Reasonable hotel in a convenient location close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The place is a little cluttered. For example there is a large fridge or freezer blocking the staircase. The rooms look great in the pictures however they were a little run down when we stayed.

The staff was amazing. Ms Kaelyn was so helpful, as were other staff members! The breakfast was delicious!
