"Thé double deluxe room was so small that we had problems opening our big suitcase Fortunately we were moved the next day at no charge to a nice junior suite Both were quiet, had a commanding view of the beach and both were fully renovated I along with bathrooms that feature Italian style showers . Too bad they had no pegs to hang towels or clothes ."

"The worst thing about this hotel is that the people in reception are not knowledgeable and helpful.....no one can guides you for transportation to famous areas and the only answer to your questions is "l don't know".... Very long distances between hotel and Istanbul attractions.....milad in spa and pool area was very nice and helpful.....i wish he was hotel manager instead....."
