The staff are helpful. The food is excellent. We had half board and both the breakfast and dinner had a good spread. They also arranged for transport to Imagicaa. The rooftop infinity pool is a good place to view the sunset.
Minor quibble about only one roll of toilet paper provided for a family of four. But this was resolved quickly.

Only hotel in my opinion worth staying in Lonavala. The place is just stunning, been so beautifully curated, the structure tells a story of brutalism meets nature, much like the surrounding landscape. Reaching to the property itself was very painful. 3Km of surrounding roads in all directions of this property are simply worse. They are REALLY bad, awful. Try and reach this property during bright day light to avoid any unforeseen surprises.
