"The hotel may look new and clean, but that’s where the good part ends. The service here is absolutely terrible. The staff has no clue what they’re doing — every simple request needed 3–5 reminder calls, all day long. No professionalism, no interest, and zero courtesy. Food service is a joke. Minimum 2 hours for any meal, and even then they manage to deliver the wrong items. Overall, a very disappointing stay. The hotel desperately needs proper staff training. Until then, I absolutely would not recommend this place."

Every single person I met was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Whatever I needed, they helped with such sincerity and grace. I felt completely safe, seen, and cared for here. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and like home, but The Lighthouse manages to do exactly that. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon."
