"We stayed for three nights. Accommodation was VERY disappointing. Had to pay in cash. Location was remote. Room was very small. Third bed was broken. Toilet seat was broken. Shower door would not close. Room was not serviced. There was as a dog onsite that roamed freely, attempted to bite my children, and was a general pest. No staff onsite after 6 pm. Only redeeming quality was the lady that worked there. She was very friendly but could not speak any English. Breakfast was okay. "

When I missed breakfast due to a late morning, they still managed to prepare something for me. "It was the most amazing experience to stay in this hotel. The hotel’s concept is inspired by Dante’s Divine Comedy and put many references throughout the hotel. All of the staff worked as a team to make our vacation very pleasant and worry free. We didn’t want to leave the hotel and I guess that’s the only thing we can complain about it. Ms. Funda, hotel manager, was so wonderful and made our stay unforgettable; we are so grateful for the unique experience. We can’t wait to go back again."
