From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The manager noticed that my birthday was 2 days prior to my arrival, and to my complete surprise, arranged for a cake and an iced bottle of Prosecco to be delivered to my room. A lovely generous, gesture, and such a rarity in today's commercial climate. The facilities were all of an excellent standard, but it's the friendly atmosphere that really sets this hotel apart.

Great hotel, Great location on the old bay, restaurants and bars within a short walk. Friendly staff, clean, great to sit outside and have a beer and see the sunset.

Incredible hotel which we’d recommend wholeheartedly! Hotel staff went out of their way to offer the warmest Greek welcome and first class service, especially Apostolos, Renata, Anna-Maria and the other young man who served breakfast. Hotel is beautifully decorated, with stunning sea view rooms and a wonderful roof terrace. Delightful breakfast with plenty of local treats to sample. Very close to both ports and right in the centre, but quiet. We hope we’ll be back! Efharisto poli!

This hotel could easily be a 4 Star. Free parking and only 2-3 km away from town. Hotel also offers a free shuttle to the town until midnight. Eva was outstanding every morning as she welcomed us with a smile on her face and very polite. Lady at reception was also very helpful, overall all the staff try their best to provide you best service. I enjoyed my stay and will be visiting Chania again and most probably stay in the same hotel. Fitness centre need attention as not everything is maintained...

A very convenient hotel super close to (walkable - barely 10 mins) but nicely away from the Old Town. Lovely room - spotlessly clean - and very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and we were able to park our car in the underground car park. That was such a help. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was great and room was a good size for a family of four. Breakfast was good. It was great value and a perfect location to explore Chania. If arriving by car it isn’t well sign posted from the road and the entrance is down a very pretty alley.

Great hotel in an unique historic setting. Very convent location by the harbour with multiple restaurants and landmarks in a walking distance. The a la carte breakfast is very delicious with great variety. We will definitely frequent once again

This is a truly charming hotel, in a great location. The service was so so welcoming it gave us the best start to our holiday in Crete. The staff recommended great local food and the breakfast was just wonderful. I am so glad we went there. We will definitely be going back.

We were staying for the last night of our holiday wanting a hotel with a direct route to the airport but near the centre of the town for eating out in the evening. All of wishes were met - the hotel staff were very helpful from Reception to the service staff. We arrived early (10.30am) and they were happy for us to stay round the pool, they stored our luggage until our room was ready. Room modern, clean with a fridge, good wifi, breakfast was a buffet with a good mix of food. Would recommend...

The monetary is such a find. We booked this as a treat at the end of a family holiday. The location is perfect, so central. Just down a cute side street. The accommodation is beautiful - renovated to a high standard. The receptionists were so friendly always making time to talk to us about our day or help with anything. We were upgraded to a penthouse suite on arrival which had a roof terrace and hot tub. The room was modern and clean, v comfortable and we made use of the roof terrace one...

The welcoming feeling goes beyond the arrival. It is all way till the end, when the team thank you and says "hope see you again" - priceless. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. It was so go that we found the brand shop and bought some to take home. They offer all the best. The whole room/ bathroom very clean. I strongly recommend this hotel for all it has to offer. For a short break this hotel was delightful. It opened only last year so everything feels fresh, clean and thoughtfully put-together. Chic designer interiors but also lovely helpful staff - some nice personal touches for your stay such as a fruit plate and drinks on arrival and breakfast was terrific and beautifully served. All in all this was a great stay just a stroll from Chania town and the beach just 2 minutes away. We couldn't have asked for more.
