Two small issues. Room was very tiny, but nice balcony was lovely. The description led us to believe airport shuttle was included but that was wrong. You have to take a taxi there and back! "

"The property is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I do not think the property is at 5 stars as the finishings in the room and attention to detail seemed rushed. Our phone and air were not working, the phone was fixed but we got tired about asking for help with the air as the room gets very muggy because there is not ventilation and a lot of windows. "
