If given the choice, go elsewhere. Disappointing!

Being a longtime fan and frequent guest of other Meinenger properties, I found this one desperstely underwhelming and down-right disappointing! Our room was not ready when we arrived early, as expected. Yet, when we returned later that evening, we were met with very inhospitable, seemingly annoyed and bothered customer service.
The room was small, dingy/drab appearance, with the tiniest and poorest bathroom layout of all locations I've stayed. There was even a sign on the wall next to the bathroom sink that stated the water was not drinkable. Super comforting as you rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. What is this? Recycled poop water? Why?? No hairdryer, very few outlets, and inconvenient space allocation for multiple guests.
It was expensive, too! And I have stayed at way nicer places in London for less, so it wasn't due to location.
While overall negative experience, we did at least have a place to store our bags while out in London and had clean beds. That is all I can say positive.

We would like to apologise for the inconveniences which you may have experienced during your stay. In regards of the small bathrooms and lack of power outlets, we would like to apologise again for these inconveniences, however we are expecting a refurbishment of these rooms within the upcoming year. We hope the rest of you time in London was enjoyable.
