"We stayed here for our first and last day in Istanbul while we waited for our accommodations closer to the inner city to become available. I was SO impressed by how well we were treated and accommodated by all of the staff specially Oswald and Bilal. Bilal went out of his way to ensure our stay was everything we needed it to be and more and more as an excellent representation for your hotel. I wish we had more of him back in the United States because hotels would run a lot more smoothly! Thanks for an amazing stay! "
