"Where to start stayed twice used as stop over in between flights booked hotel twice from uk .first time breakfast very poor second time good..beds ok reception guy good .rooms very poor sewage smell toilets bare wires in bedroom holes in wall . It was not dirty just run down . "

"The Elysian Airport Hotel was extremely comfortable. We had an overnight on our way home and this Hotel had everything we could have asked for. Clean, modern, comfortable bed and pillows, great bathroom, plenty of space. The staff were helpful and the restaurant section had an extensive menu for all meals. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient overnight stop in Istanbul. "

"After an awful first day and regretting Prebooking the next day. When I returned for another stay, things got even worse. My room was extremely cold and the TV wasn’t working. I asked for a blanket and had to request it six times, waiting about an hour, while there was only one staff member available. When I mentioned the TV issue, I was dismissively told to “just watch the Turkish program.” I somehow got through the night, but breakfast the next morning was equally disappointing. I asked for a vegetarian breakfast with no eggs, yet I was served cold chips alongside eggs. When I pointed it out, the waiter casually told me the chips were “fine” and suggested I just move the eggs to the side. I have never experienced such rude and unhelpful staff at a hotel before. Overall, this was a very frustrating stay and I regret booking here."

"Small but comfortable hotels... could do with a deep clean overall but still reasonably clean. Staff were really wonderful... kind and helpful and the restaurant was decent too. This hotel is about 25 mins from the airport!"

"The location was convenient, but unfortunately the security and hospitality were very disappointing. During our stay, a master key was left unattended right outside our room, which is a serious safety concern. I brought the key to the front desk to make them aware of the issue, but the staff was dismissive and avoided taking responsibility, instead blaming the cleaning team. What was most concerning was their lack of urgency or willingness to properly address the situation. They did not make any effort to reassure us or investigate further. Our room door also did not have a secondary lock, meaning anyone with that key could have easily accessed our room. Because of this, I felt stressed and worried throughout the rest of our stay. The lack of accountability and concern for guest safety made the experience very uncomfortable overall."
