"Nice hotel but doubtful cleanliness. There toilet bowls were not properly cleaned. There was some doubtful yellow stain on the side. A/C was really cool for a hot muggy day. The shower was very slippery. It’s like it wasn’t clean thoroughly from previous occupancy. "

"The Dynasty Bali Resort is a great place for families on holiday but less appropriate for people wanting a child free environment. The staff are fantastic, rooms are very clean and the breakfasts are fantastic with so much environment. The Resort is well located for shopping with two malls close by. The resort is being refurbished with new paint and alterations and we had to relocate to a new room because of noise but the staff were very receptive to our concern and handled the arrangements extremely well. Our visit coincided with Chinese New Year and the breakfast room was very noisy. The Balinese music played was at a rather loud level, but because of the noise level was rather pointless. As older people we would not choose to stay again at the Dynasty again but would definitely recommend it for families who are well catered fir. "
