"This hotel is my regular choice every time I travel to Sri Lanka. The lobby and rooms are nicely designed with wooden handwork, and the staff are always smiling and friendly. This is my oasis, especially after a long, bustling business trip in other South Asian countries. "

"The whole experience was wonderful from being collected at the airport and walking in the front door. Very welcoming, great staff and service, room was beautifully done, rooftop areas were brilliant and restaurants and food all very high standards. Only downsides I can think were that there was no private changing spaces in ladies poolside facilities and the live music and entertainment going on at weekends was too loud and went on until 1am so I had a couple of nights where I struggled to sleep. Apart from that, wonderful stay and would recommend. "

"Great location in Fort, excellent facilities, friendly staff. The breakfast was not included in our reservation, and it was not worth the price. Lots of options, but uneven for a four star hotel: in a tropical country, only mediocre papaya and watermelon as fruits, and industrial juices? Margherine instead of butter? And the tech side (robots for room service) is a silly gimmick."
"The room was clean comfortable and I kept oversleeping on the bed. Being right next One Galle Face helped provide a variety of shopping and culinary options. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful."
