We had a wonderful stay here, staff were fabulous and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the free yoga at 7am. Pricey hotel but worth it to get a feel for Nepalese culture

It's an excellent hotel in a great setting. Very good staff and a good breakfast. Even an hour of free yoga with a wonderful instructor. This hotel is superb value for money.

Absolutely wonderful stay; I only stayed one night but I would happily have moved my flights and stayed more nights if I had the money! From start to finish, customer service was excellent; I was welcomed with a smile and complimentary drink and shown to my room by welcoming and friendly staff, who chatted happily about my experiences in Nepal. Hotel alpine is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in Kathmandu. The location, friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, the luxury elements are just perfect. Great service

This is certainly not a luxury hotel but it is very convenient for those needing an overnight hotel before or after flying from Kathmandu airport. It is easily walkable within 10 minutes! The rooms are tired but clean and the shower works well with plenty of hot water. Our departing flight time prevented us from sampling the included breakfast so no comment on this. Communication with the hotel was good and they were able to let us check in after our early incoming flight with no extra charge...
