Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Die Bilder der Zimmer haben nichts mit dem Zimmer zu tun, das wir bekommen haben. Wir waren im alten Gebäudetrakt. Das Zimmer war eine absolute Katastrophe. Der Lack splitterte, die Armaturen verostet, aus der Dusche tröpfelte das Wasser, TV nur russische und serbische Kanäle. Die Lüftungsschlitze der Klimaanlage verstaubt, der Duschvorhang ekelhaft. Auf Anfrage ob das wirklich unser Zimmer ist, hieß es... Ja das ist Standart. Allgemein war der Kontakt zur Rezeption nicht sonderlich erwünscht. Gespräche wurden erst gar nicht angefangen, sondern schnell abgewürgt. Keine Aktion ( auch gegen Mehrpreis ) uns ein neues Zimmer zu geben. Ok, da Hotel ausgebucht. Eine Zumutung solche Zimmer überhaupt zu vermieten. Wenn man dort buchen will, am besten direkt dort anrufen und nach dem neuen Zimmern fragen. Ist günstiger als im Netz. Zum Glück waren wir nur zwei Tage da. Positiv: das Frühstücksersonal war stets bemüht und freundlich Schlüssel für den großen Parkplatz wurde uns ausgehändigt Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Fazit: Wahnsinn wie man mit solchen Zimmern Geld verdienen kann.
