"This is a difficult review. First the negative. I am sure 35 years ago this was a grand hotel. But it’s starting to show its age. Is primarily a businessman’s and bus tour hotel. The buffet breakfast was average. Reason was lack of choices. Now think about an older hotel you went to and you could smell stale air and that disinfectant in the air. Like an old holiday inn. Note not good security, no elevator key card access. The room we had was huge. The good. The staff all were excellent and made me feel welcome. The location is like 5 min walk from the train station. The downtown shopping is great. "

"Great hotel, nice guest lounge area too, well thought out rooms, only downside was the lack of lights in the room, the only two being extremely bright when you need one that’s not too bright by the bed for night time, sort from that would stay again and recommend!"

"The staff were super friendly when u stayed there. When I asked to leave my luggage before checking in they said yes and actually took it to my room so that hotel was awesome for that. Plus right in front there’s an awesome ramen restaurant that serves the best ramen in my opinion with super friendly staff. 10/10 recommend, and the hotel is near a lot of shopping areas."

"A nice hotel located about a 5mins walk away from the train station. The rooms are comfortable enough, although some things in the room didn't really make sense, like having an induction stove in the room but there is no induction stove cooking ware. I would also like to have two hotel key card instead of just the one they gave me during check in. "
