"Breakfast was very good, and Bruno did an excellent job with service for breakfast. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We were a little disappointed to only have 3 towels and 3 bottles of water since there were 4 of us. They did bring us another bottle of water on request, and we could have asked for a fourth towel but were too tired to wait for it. Biggest problem was that the Airport Shuttle instructions were completely wrong. The email said to meet the shuttle by the Taxi 365 by CMV counter. This was difficult to find. We thought we found it in the median across the street from the airport exit. There was a Taxi 365 and CMV counter there. We waited for over 30 minutes and no shuttle. Finally happened to see shuttle coming on other side of median, but driver directed us to go back towards the airport exit door 3. There was a woman there with a Holiday Inn sign who had checked in guests for the shuttle. We never saw her before. We’re guessing maybe there was a Taxi 365 and CMV counter inside the airport (not across in the median), possibly near door 1? If so, the instructions should emphasize that it is inside and which door it is closest to. If it is not inside, the instructions were just wrong, and we should have been directed to just exit door 3 and look for the lady with the sign. Also check in was very slow. All told, it made for a very late night. But staff and room were great."

"The hotel is nice on the inside but a little musty smelling. Also housekeeping missed a couple things, nothing major. The restaurant on the other hand is excellent dinner was five star. And the breakfast buffet is the best I think I've ever seen, selections go from breakfast all the way to dinner selections. Also it's offered starting at 4:00 a.m. which is great because many things you have to do require you leave the hotel early"

"Great area with lots of shops, cafes, and salons. Hotel is very clean, comfortable and the staff very friendly and multi lingual. Rooms are super comfortable with black out drapes and soundproof windows. We slept well. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Hot entre choices, bread,cereal, cold meats and cheese, cappuccino, fresh juices. The perfect way to start our day. We will definitely return."

"This is a wonderful hotel that could not be any more convenient to the Lima airport. The staff were very well trained, great customer service and attention. The breakfast was fabulous. Our suite was well appointed and very well insulated from outside noise. The only negative that we had was that the bed was incredibly hard. Made use of the spa services and the pool area. Again, all staff that we encountered we’re very quick to greet and offer assistance."

"The Hotel was amazing , I like the district it was located in and the actual room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The roof top was nice as advertised. Lima is a top tier city . My only complaint would be the security deposit at the end of my stay , that happen to be the same cost of the room . So I’m not sure when I’ll receive that back but , either I over looked that part but it came as a surprise to me , so don’t be surprised through my experience. 5/5 other than that , if I don’t get my deposit back 2/5. Xoxo"

"I have to give kudos to Mr Diego, working at the front check in desk. Mr Diego is friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. Due to business, I had to extend my stay an additional day, Mr Diego help me and made the process easy. This is my second stay at the Sheraton. Next time I’m back in Lima, I will definitely consider staying at the Sheraton again."
