"Title: Mixed experience – great staff, but significant service issues
I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. On the positive side, the breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the staff in that area were excellent—a special thanks to Erika for her service. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful, particularly Diana.
However, there were several issues that detracted from our stay. While the reception staff were generally polite, the service overall felt lacking in some areas:
• Comfort: One night, the air conditioning was turned off between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM, making the room hot and uncomfortable.
• Amenities: The pool was closed on one of the days we planned to use it.
• Check-out: I had booked three spa services and requested a late check-out to accommodate them. The hotel only offered an extension until 12:30 PM, which was insufficient for my needs. As a result, I was forced to check out much earlier than anticipated at 10:30 AM.
I truly appreciated the hard work of the breakfast and cleaning teams, and some of the people in the welcoming area door but the lack of flexibility and the issues with basic amenities and air conditioning made the stay disappointing. I was VIP with hotels. Com and did not get any welcoming drink or similar. "
