"Beware !!!!!! The hotel was excellent. However, the booking was wrong by Expedia and we were not the only ones( and I'm sure this is a daily occurrence)..This is NOT the airport hotel. The airport hotel has the SAME name but they added the word " grand". Thats why they offer a shuttle because everyone standing in that line thought they had finally reached the airport hotel literally across the street, just to find out that their booking is for the same name hotel but for the old closed airport. In traffic, it took over 45 minutes to get there by shuttle and more than 30 minutes in line before the shuttle arrived. So, if you want the hotel across the street, you need to book the Wyndham Grand. Thank me when you read this because likely you didn't know!!!!!!"

"Absolutely great location and nice hotel. A HUGE problem arose right when our stay started. The pull out couch bed had a giant curve shaped like a hammock! We went to the front desk to ask if there were any rooms with a functioning pull out sofa bed. The front desk said word for word, “none of our pull out sofas are flat.” We were shocked, what is the point of allowing us to book for three if there aren’t enough functioning beds. We were offered a second room for the low price of $250 USD. All in all it was a great property with great amenities but an absolute joke of customer service. Would’ve been 5 stars for 2 people but 3 it is a lousy 2 star at best."

"Title: Mixed experience – great staff, but significant service issues I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. On the positive side, the breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the staff in that area were excellent—a special thanks to Erika for her service. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful, particularly Diana. However, there were several issues that detracted from our stay. While the reception staff were generally polite, the service overall felt lacking in some areas: • Comfort: One night, the air conditioning was turned off between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM, making the room hot and uncomfortable. • Amenities: The pool was closed on one of the days we planned to use it. • Check-out: I had booked three spa services and requested a late check-out to accommodate them. The hotel only offered an extension until 12:30 PM, which was insufficient for my needs. As a result, I was forced to check out much earlier than anticipated at 10:30 AM. I truly appreciated the hard work of the breakfast and cleaning teams, and some of the people in the welcoming area door but the lack of flexibility and the issues with basic amenities and air conditioning made the stay disappointing. I was VIP with hotels. Com and did not get any welcoming drink or similar. "

"So convenient to have so close to the airport esp when you have a late night flight. Super clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was robust and delicious. Shout out to the server, Bruno, who went above and beyond with service and answering all my questions!"

"The staff. Friendly and professional and helpful, Oustanding sense of service . The roof top Oustanding pool area and hot tub . They ask for you to reserved the jacuzzi and sauna and steam room and leave a 30 mins between clients that way the area gets cleans for each client prior utilization very healthy oriented. The breakfast was included with buffet to choose plenty of variety. Room area super clean , they got bodegas or supermarket close by in case you like to walk around and a salavery mall area with plenty of foods and shopping and a park in San Isidro walking way for Walk or bike . The area is full of security so if absence of safety as they got couple of embassy's close by the hotel . I truly recommend stay in it . Night light is good you could uber to Miraflores or stay on the roof too they got a bar with music and even dj or live music on weekends and snack food as well . Elizabeth at front desk was super helpful, Eduardo at the bar as well . And the staff at the dining very clean and profesional . Thank you so much to make my stay a wonderful memory and stay .."
