"Booked this hotel and upon arrival it was closed. It took hotels.com 3!!!! Hours for find an alternative, mostly I was asked to be patient while they tried to find me alternative.
Poor service and very limited accountability. Initially I was suggested to cancel the booking. I refused as it was night, dark and I was on the street for 3hours after the supervisor got involved in the finally got an alternative room in a near by hotel.
My suggestion, read reviews on multiple sites and make sure...
