Besides the very good location, the cleanliness and the unbeatable price (low season), the owner Sam is the main reason for our pleasent experience there. He always helped us alot with organizing all sort of things (airport pick-up, sights and restaurant recommendations...) and just made us feel welcome.

"The staff was friendly and provided towels to use at the beach. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the wifi worked well. The location was great for walking to Kata Noi beach and to many restaurants. I will stay here again next time I visit Phuket!"

"I loved the stay at this hotel, down to the staff always there to answer all my questions, the cleanness of the hotel, the games they had at the hotel, and the many different pools. When it was time for me to leave the hotel held my bags at no extra cost, and they provided me a shower room to use before my flight. The only concern I had was the hotel is in the North so it is further from a most things, unless you have a vehicle. "
"The hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned daily. We stayed on the 5th floor with a beautiful sea view. We Asked for fresh pool towels and they were brought to the room within 10 minutes fresh and warm from the dryer ! Staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool bartender 'Bank' was an amazing friendly , hard working young man whom made everyone feel special. we had a great time at happy hour!! The bigger pool is open till 10pm, it is so warm and exceptionally clean. We had a great stay. 10/10"
