Lovely hotel. Great roof top pool with plenty of sunbeds. Swim up bar great for an afternoon drink. The staff made the stay amazing!! So friendly, really couldn’t do enough. Special shout out to the pool bar staff, and Golf at reception. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.
We had an lovely stay at the SIS. The facilities, including the rooftop pool, are amazing! All of the staff were very friendly, especially Charles who helped us settle into our room. The breakfast was better than we have ever experienced from a hotel breakfast buffet. We would return!
Up a hill to go down by foot. But it was convenient

Nice newer hotel with a great pool on the top with an amazing Panoramic view. Room is comfortable with a great comfortable bed. We like this hotel and recommend it to everybody.
Brilliant modern hotel with comfortable rooms and beds. Lovely staff and excellent breakfast. The hotel is on a steep hill which might be challenging for some guests to walk up. It’s position dues give it great views.
The staff in the hotel was nice and helpful however, sadly we didn't had a good experience with the cleanness of the hotel and the room. Our shower was all full of mold on the walls and floors and spiderweb on the ceiling, the pool floor was all full of mud and so slippery so disappointing. The hotel in general need a lot of maintenance.
Great amenities in the hotel. The rooms are modern and well equipped, as the rest of the hotel. Brilliant hotel for Instagram pictures.
Our room was cleaned properly on the first day but after that they only bothered to change towels that needed changing and make beds. Staff are friendly when you establish a conversation otherwise they seem a bit rude. Staff at the cresent bar are lovely though.
Breakfast is good but gets a bit boring after 2 days as seems the same everyday.
On thw last day we were locked out of our room before checkout time. We had to go all the way to receptikn to sort out which was a pain as no lift in our room block and a good set of 2 stairs in the heat. Not impressed. Overall a good hotel but needs attention to details. One last thing,the beach is only 10 walk but it is on a hill...which is not the problem, the thing is that the terrain is very uneven and hard to walk in flip flops!! And with traffic coming on both ways. The hotell needs to sortt out access.
It might have been 4* at some point but it's feeling really tired now. Most of reception staff English is limited so communication is very difficult. Our room hasn't been cleaned properly (ash tray was still dirty, hair, mirrors) and even after asking 2 more times, our mirrors never got cleaned do we gave up asking. The last time that our balcony glass must have been cleaned was at best 6 months ago - it was full of bird poo and dust which has clearly been there for absolute ages. Very disappointing. Checking in was unnecessary long as well. They seem to have lots of staff at reception but that doesn't seem to have any positive impact on the service speed.
Breakfast was great though and the pool is lovely.
Nice, relatively new hotel located at south end of Kata town. Hotel is not on beach, but you can walk to Kata beach in 5 minutes.
Rooms are spacious, clean, modern. Super comfortable beds and sheets. Beautiful infinity pool overlooks Kata.

Hotel pool probably has the best view in Kata. Room was great. I stayed 2 nights (without breakfast). I purchased breakfast on my second morning, great value for 199 Baht

Everything about our stay at SIS was exceptional except for the very rude poolside barman. His manner was extremely aggressive and unpleasant, you weren’t allowed to ask for anything/ change your mind (in good time and when he’d made a mistake), we heard him complaining about many customers to other customers (and then about us) for no reason. Expedia states the hotel is adult only, this is definitely not the case. Overall really nice place, downsides are the costs and quality of the food and beverages severed. Really not worth paying for.

Nice property with a great pool and lovely breakfast selection. Our room was nice, however the walls were thin and we could hear everything next door or in the hallway; and the in room lighting was horrendous (dark and ineffective bathroom lighting with no light in either the toilet closet or separate shower).

The hardwares of this resort are good, but I'm very disappointed about its central support team. I wrote an email to this Resort around 2 weeks in advance, trying to make advance reservations for spa treatments and a romance dinner to celebrate my wedding anniversary. The Resort replied me and instructed me to make reservations at the front desk upon my arrival. However, I was told to walkin to the Spa Centre and make reservations at the front desk, and it ended with most of the schedule fully booked with only dinner time available for me where we had to gave up the romance dinner. I also realised from the Spa center that I could make on-line reservations for spa treatments 3 days in advance and enjoy 15% discount. I'm very disappointed about the unhelpful Staffs of this Resort.
