This hotel location is superb. Located in Market area but room were quiet, clean, spacious and gently furnished.

We loved our stay at the Pooja Palace, it was an excellent choice The staff were very welcoming and always keen to help with enquiries about attractions to visit and good places for shopping.. Amit, on reception, is an exceptionally good host.. Our deluxe room was spacious with a decent bathroom, well lit, quiet and the cable TV with wifi was very good The rooftop terrace and cafe were excellent value and the food delicious Position is great, a couple of minutes from Karol Bagh...

Our third stay at Hotel Florence and hopefully not our last. This has been our hotel of choice for the last three years. It was great to see that Santosh is still there, he’s always very welcoming. Clean room, good breakfast and a great location. Thanks to all the staff

Very friendly staff (always smiling and giving warm greetings), rooms were the best I've been too,Service was commendable. Rooms were nice and all basic amenities were available.

There are at least 6 Sunstar hotels scattered over a couple of streets. They all have slightly different names like Sunstar Grand, Sunstar Heritage etc. this confuses the taxi drivers. The rooms were quite comfortable but no windows at all which might not suit everyone. Breakfast was a fairly modest affair in the basement. The restaurant is on the roof but didn't seem very appealing. Fine for a last night in Delhi but if I was staying longer I'd try somewhere else.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, with a safe in the room. Good location with easy access to the metro station, local places to eat and in the middle of a market.

Hotel room was good, it was clean and properly maintained. Staff was also cooperative and the atmosphere is ambient. There was just one issue for parking car.

Not bad hotel. Good value for money. Recommend the Punjabi sweet centre for breakfast nearby.

It's a great hotel with perfect location, staffs have good manners and etiquettes. We recommend this place to stay in New Delhi.

Good hotel at best location

The hotel in general was okay for Delhi but the place definitely needs to be cleaned properly as the fridge looked like it had never been clean but the staff were very nice and friendly
