Staff was nice and the room was good. The bathroom door was a bit moldy but otherwise things were clean.
Wifi worked well. Breakfast was yummy.

Did what I wanted it to - somewhere to stay right by the airport but able to sightsee in the city centre (you get a day pass) via the close by Metro station (Aqua Line - just INR120 return off peak). Breakfast was good and filling. Room wasn’t all that quiet (even with ear plugs) due to all the arrivals and departures. Getting back in after visit to city was a real pain - you have to get back in via the car park and I had no idea what level. So ask the desk when they give you the pass.

Wonderful service with a wonderful view (if you choose the sea view rooms). Restaurants are all superb with special recognition to the japanese, chinese and indian restaurants. A tour around the hotel is must in order to appreciate the grandeur and history of this iconic institution. Totally ...
