Odalar temiz gibi görünse de detaylar kirli, çünkü yine bir personel bakıyor. Bu kadar güzel tesise bu işletme üzüldüm. 3 gece daha İzmir’de olacağız, oteli uzatmak yerine farklı bir otel tercih...

"Konumu sebebiyle tercih edilebilir, mekanın temizlik sıkıntısı var, onun dılşında odalar yeterli yatakları rahattı. Resepsiyon da çalışan herkes de çok nazikti. Fakat önceden konuşmamıza rağmen temizlik konusunda hassas davranılmadı. tuvalet ve banyoda cam kırıkları vardı çok fazla sayıda. Temizlenmesini talep ettim ve tuvalette bizden öncekilerin çöpleri olduğunu temizlenmediğini belirtmeme rağmen geldiğimde tuvalette klozet kapağının altında bıraktığım miktarda cam kırıkları vardı ve yine...
