"The reservationist was very pleasant he gave us an upgrade on our room to a suite because it was my boyfriend's birthday he also gave us a complimentary $25 coupon for drinks which paid for both me and his drink it was very clean and very professional wonderful stay would recommend this hotel to everyone I know"

"So, they initially put us up in their annex which was really not so pleasant. They most kindly changed our room into the main hotel and that was wonderful - I do find it odd though that after all this time they still do not have an elevator. If you can't handle the stairs, this is no place for you! Still, the folks were most kind, and they even helped us take our bags up and down the stairs. But they really do need to get the elevator up - 6 floors man! "
