Very clean and staff is very helpful. Food is great👍👍

A peaceful place away from the city chaos with beautiful palace like ambiance, clean rooms, helpful staff. Special thanks for arranging a delicious cake for our wedding anniversary celebration.

Great food and property

We had the most amazing stay and sleep at the Taj Amer in Jaipur. Upon entering we were blessed with a tikka and a necklace and greeted by staff who were most helpful. The room was cleaned everyday, towels, gowns were changed everyday, everything was topped up everyday. All the staff were very polite, helpful, respectful and they always greeted guests. The food was amazing, really tasty and was nice to see local cuisine available. Had great service from all the staff during the breakfast...

Impeccable rooms, Egyptian cotton sheets cleaned daily, 1st rate gym, tremendous staff, delicious food etc etc. The only negative point about the hotel is that we have become accustomed to this standard and will most likely never stay in a hotel as good as this again.

Helpful staff good experience

A 280 year old home in the midst of a teeming Jaipur bazaar. Open courtyard with rooms on all four sides - 4 floors. Decor wonderful - breakfast offerings unique to India lots of choices- eggs - no meat. The only hitch is you can’t be dropped off at the hotel - you call they send a rickshaw to a designated landmark. Don’t worry it works. Be prepared though for authentic bazaar colony/neighborhood With cows and monkeys.

The staff were lovely and so attentive. The hotel was beautiful and in a great location.

Gym was lacking plus please remember this has no alcohol license but they did very well on everything else. Pool is sublime

Stunning hotel. Very good location. Within walking distance of the pink city. The restaurant and cafe are stunning. The pool is a little small but the rooftop is stunning to watch the sunset. The staff are amazing and the rooms are too. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The hotel feels like a sanctuary amongst the madness of Jaipur

Tradition meets modern luxury. From the chandelier that greets you to marble‑lined courtyards perfect for long strolls, every corner feels magical. Our spotless room offered unmatched comfort, with air‑conditioning and sleep quality that set a new standard, plus breathtaking night views of the palace lit up in grandeur. The staff’s warmth elevated the experience, especially Akash at Shrot restaurant, who made our meals feel personal and memorable. Dining was superb, with carefully crafted dishes...

Amazing Experience

I stayed in a room with two other people. For the price that we paid, it was a great experience with nice accommodations (pool, tv, breakfast). The staff was friendly and super helpful when we needed assistance. The location was a little far from the places we wanted to visit, but that wasn't a problem.

Great service! The staff is excellent and the hotel is new and modern.
