"This was the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel. We came to check in at 2 pm no one was there for half an hour. When someone finally comes they check me in and give me my key. I was running late for a wedding so I didn't go up to the room. At 2 AM when I returned to the hotel I was unable to get into my room. I went downstairs and was told I never checked in and they gave away my room. So I was stranded at 2 AM in the middle of nowhere. It was a horrible experience."
