One of the most delightful hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are outstanding. The hospitality feels more like staying in the home of good friends than a normal commercial hotel experience. The warmth of welcome goes well beyond just polite and efficient service, though they provide that too.
Don't worry about the steep hill. Staff will drive you to your door in a four-wheel drive vehicle if you can't manage the climb. But we usually walked up. I counted about 250 steps from the bottom...

Returned for my 4th visit after a 5 year break due to Malaysia being closed to foreign tourists.
The hotel has been extensively renovated during the lockdowm so we spent much more time by the pool and the rooms were great.
Miss the vibe of the Cba beach bar. The pelangi grill feels more like a restaurant than a bar.
Stayed for 3 nights and noticed the buffets were smaller than before covid and the options were fairly consistent for the 3 nights we were there.
Would have liked more variety...

We only stayed one night as we had another place booked but the nature around us was lovely to hear and see. Breakfast was a buffet so got to try lots of bits and again the staff were there to explain what the bits were. Lovely stay.

We stayed at Temple Tree for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon and couldn’t have had a more amazing stay. We were greeted with a drink and cookie upon check-in, then upgraded to a four-bedroom villa with a private pool which was incredible and so appreciated. We loved the history of the houses which were so unique but still beautifully decorated with everything you could need. We were even provided with insect repellent.

We stayed in a sea view studio. The room was large, the view was great. The roof pool and bar were really good, and there is a small beach close by, just ask and you’re taken there in a buggy.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. If we return to Langkawi, we will stay here again.
Tips: Take your own shower gel as you only get shampoo and conditioner and use the Grab app for getting cabs.

We stayed for 2 nights at Fuuka. This villa is new, clean, modern, and I like it. Compare to most of hotels with the same budget, I think Fuuka gives a good stay. The location is in Jalan pantai tengah in the opposite of Tropical, and behind the sunkaraoke. I rent the the room without kitchen.
Room and bathroom are very clean, 1 big window, and 1 corner window, and there's a terrace. Air con ok, water heater ok, hairdryer is available, kettle is available, but there is no complete toiletress....
